If you’ve Media Center and Vista Home Premium or Ultimate, then you need only connect the Television CoAx to the tuner on the Personal computer, set up media center by Double clicking the program and follow the directions. From there you can record any Television on the MCE. If you don't have a tuner, you'll need to get a Happaugue External Tuner and do the same as above.

You need a TV capture card. Then you can just use the Media Center to watch TV and record Television.
