I know it's streaming or something, but how can i stop it. Like when i watch something on youtube it just keeps doing it, How can i watch a clip with out it doing this?

that's not stopping, it's buffering. your computer isn't fast enough and there is either bad memory or a virus or bug or both. well.. for youtube, it does that at days. some days it's superior. you really need a fast computer for youtube to work its ideal. it could be the weather too.
