I’m a nanny and will be getting my regular pay for watching the 3 children for the week however the parents are leaving on a wednesday morning and not coming back until friday at 2pm. How much should I ask on top of my regular pay? Its for 3 kids under 5? Some have told me 200 which I thought was high and others said not less than 150. Help please trying to be fair but not under paid

I definetly know what you mean. I had the same problem. It all depends on the children's age. I you’re talking about a newborn( less than go 1 month) and toddlers I would state at least 160. The parents have to comprehend that children younger than 5 require special attention. It's only two days and a couple of hours. Also, it depends on the location that you live in. If it's a massive city such as say New York City, 160 is a fair price taking into account that most people will charge a lot more than that. 160 is a fair price
