like everytime you make a noise they come out of their home, would you get annoyed cos i do, i hate it why would someone be so nosey

I think the best thing you can do is to ignore them, I'm not sure if that person is stalking you or if you just have a NOSEY NEIGHBOR, cause if they were stalking you, you would see that person follow you nearly where ever you go! As long as they don't say or do anything out of line then you’ve no worries. I hope this helped you.

As soon as you make any kind of noise.. that indeed would get on my nerves.. .they have to have a sad life… I don't know some old people have nothing to do and can’t walk well so they sit at the window all day long and look out .. for them it is the only distraction they get like watching TV I would feel sorry for them if that is all they have in life and no family to visit them… if they’re people who come out of the home though.. unless i was making so much noise that they would rightfully come out because it disturbs them a lot… then I would find it very curious indeed … Do they state anything when they come out of the home? If you’ve very loud music on that might be a reason … otherwise I would find their behaviour strange but if an old lady was watching just out of her window all day long and was lonely and that gave her something to do.. I would wave back at her because I would find out with time she has a lonely life… I would then not mind at all I would feel sorry for her…that nobody comes to visit her

do you mean you have a nosey neighbor? yeah. its extremely annoying. thats why hubby and i moved into this home 2 years ago with plenty of land surrounding us and distancing the neighbors :)
